Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the API to probe or access internal/private networks
• Generate images containing copyrighted material you don't have rights to
• Generate images that are illegal, defamatory, or infringe trademarks
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Use the service for automated spam or abuse

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to images you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your generated images do not infringe third-party rights.

Our Templates

Templates are licensed under CC-BY 4.0. You may use, modify, and distribute generated images freely, including commercially.

DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe infringing content has been generated, contact us with details of the copyrighted work and the infringing material.

Rate Limits

• Free API: 100 requests per month per IP (cache hits excluded)
• Free Checker: 50 requests per month per IP
• We reserve the right to adjust rate limits with notice

Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific performance levels.

Limitation of Liability

This is a free tool. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
