Overview

We operate a free online OG Image Generator and Checker tool. We are committed to minimal data collection. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What We Collect

Automatically Collected

• IP address hash: SHA-256 hash of your IP for rate limiting. Cannot be reversed. Stored for 30 days then auto-deleted.
• Aggregate analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics which provides non-personal traffic stats. No cookies. No cross-site tracking.

You Provide

• Waitlist info (optional): Email, website URL, and expected usage — only if you join our Pro waitlist. Used solely to notify you about Pro launch.
• Tool inputs (not stored): Title, subtitle, template selection, and logo URL are used only to render your image. They are NOT stored.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, address, phone number, or account credentials
• Cookies or cross-site tracking identifiers
• Files uploaded from your device (logos are referenced by URL)
• Your browsing history

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare processes IP addresses for routing and DDoS protection. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

• IP hash (rate limiting): 30 days, then auto-deleted
• Waitlist email: Until you request removal
• Generated images: Not stored (returned directly to you)
• Analytics: Aggregated, non-personal, 30 days

Your Rights

• Request access to data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your waitlist email at any time
